Why speak to a stranger? It can happen that friends and family are part of the struggles we are facing and we just need an objective person to hear our pain, confusion, anxiety, sadness and to come alongside us with the offer of hope, when things feel overwhelming.
Sometimes, we need to be challenged, to see what needs to change. Sometimes, we know very well what needs to change, but lack the skills needed to do so and sometimes, we just need a sounding board, in order to work things out for ourselves.
Sue is a Christian, Integrative Counsellor, with thirty years counselling experience, working with individuals and couples. Sue holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, which focussed on the Integration of Psychology and Theology. Sue says, 'I believe that we are physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual beings and as such need to pursue health in all of these areas'.
Sue is an accredited member of the ACC – Association of Christians in Counselling

Fees:
Couples - 50 minute session - £85
Individuals - 50 minute session - £65
Assessments - 30 minutes - £30 with couples and £27.50 with individuals.
