Our therapists are fully insured, with enhanced DBS checks and work with the values drawn from ethical frameworks of our registered bodies such as the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society [NCPS], the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP], the Association of Christian Counsellors [ACC] and The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapy [COSRT].

I am a Family Constellations facilitator and energy healing practitioner working with Reiki and Seichem. My work supports you in uncovering the hidden dynamics, often rooted in family history, that quietly shape your life, your relationships, and the patterns you find yourself repeating. Energy healing helps clear what no longer serves you, restoring a sense of lightness, ease, and connection. My work supports you to remember more of your wholeness. I also lead women's circles and workshops, drawing on my 10 years as a yoga and holistic practitioner, creating warm, welcoming spaces for reflection, sharing, and collective healing.
