Style of Working
Relationships can be a source of tremendous meaning and joy, but they can also leave us feeling stuck, vulnerable or uncertain. Whether you’re navigating conflict, intimacy challenges, or life transitions, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and give you the tools to establish a healthy and fulfilling connection.
As a Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist in training, I help individuals and couples navigate the challenges of romantic relationships with compassion and curiosity. Having trained integratively, I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to offer you a tailored approach that fits your unique situation and goals. Relationship therapy isn’t about assigning blame, but rather I hope to bring awareness to hidden patterns and create a space to foster empathy for one another’s experiences and perspectives.
I am currently completing a COSRT-accredited Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma. Prior to training as a therapist, I worked in mental health research for Cambridge University, with a focus on attachment theory and children’s social care. This broad theoretical and evidence-based framework informs my therapeutic approach. My career background also includes working within an NHS personality disorder service and providing bereavement counselling for a charity.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, affirming gender, sexual, and relationship diversity (GSRD) is central to my work. I welcome clients from non-monogamous and kink backgrounds, having lived experience with these communities myself.
