Style of Working:
My approach
I am a Trainee Psychotherapist, and currently studying at Regent’s University, London. Previously, I worked in the classical music sector for ten years, including senior leadership roles focussed on accessibility, inclusion and safeguarding. I currently volunteer with Womankind, a domestic abuse charity, and work with Operation Centaur, who provide equine-assisted therapy for people living with addiction at the Priory clinic in Roehampton.
I am trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques, but my priority is to understand you as an individual with openness, warmth and compassion. Fundamental to this is building a strong and trusting relationship, where you feel able to explore your feelings, behaviours and relationships in a non-judgemental and confidential environment.
Whether you are experiencing low self-esteem or mood, feeling lost or stuck, or struggling with deeper-rooted challenges, we will work together to understand your current situation and find the best approach for you.
