Style of Working
Ele is an existential therapist and student member of UKCP, currently nearing completion of her Professional Doctorate. Ele's work is grounded in a philosophical, relational approach that engages directly with the realities of sex, intimacy, relationships, desire, and pornography use among many others. Ele supports individuals in facing life’s inherent challenges and contradictions, developing self-awareness and the capacity to make deliberate, values-led choices.
Ele offers a safe, non-judgemental space for honest, focused exploration of identity, connection, and meaning. Examining, through open dialogue how you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you, questioning what no longer serves you and working towards a more intentional and authentic way of living.
