Our therapists are fully insured, with enhanced DBS checks and work with the values drawn from ethical frameworks of our registered bodies such as the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society [NCPS], the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP], the Association of Christian Counsellors [ACC] and The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapy [COSRT].

Trainee Counsellor

Style of Working:

I am currently studying for my Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and working towards qualifying as an integrative counsellor. Working within the NCPS ethical frame work, I hold a safe, non-judgemental space, where you can explore your concerns and emotions with acceptance.

My counselling style is integrative, although I tend to lean towards psychodynamic elements when we need to understand what happened in our childhood, and how it affects us in the now. I offer a compassionate, calm space, using Mindfulness to invite self-awareness, inner strength and coming back to the present moment.

£35 per 50-minute session
