Helen is a qualified person-centred, integrative couple, family and individual counsellor and supervisor with over 10 years of clinical and leadership experience. Helen is currently in her last year training in psychosexual psychotherapy.

Helen has a warm, compassionate and natural approach with an emphasis on acceptance and collaboration to enable clients to feel truly heard.
Helen has had extensive training in person-centred, attachment, systemic and psychosexual therapies and blends these into her practice.
Helen is bound by the Code of Ethics of The Association of Christian Counsellors [ACC], The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Council [NCPS] and The College of Sexual & Relationship Therapy [COSRT] and is subject to their complaints procedures, which ensure the highest standards of professional practice.

Training & Experience:
Helen is the Founding Director of The Wellbeing Garden and is also the Clinical Lead for our trainee counsellors.
Helen has supervised and led teams as Head of Counselling and Chief Executive in a counselling charity and has also volunteered in numerous other settings and charities, including the NHS and universities.
Helen has over 10 years of clinical experience providing professional therapy and supervision.
